RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

RETURNS

Global Phalanx carefully inspects all products before shipment. Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. Our line of products available to order on the website are clearly listed when you select an item to purchase, however, if you receive the incorrect product or a product with a defect, please notify Accounts  @ Global Phalanx within 24 hours of receipt.

To return a product, it must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within 10 days of receipt. Global Phalanx will not accept returns of goods that have been opened or tampered with, nor will Global Phalanx accept returns of custom or specialty kits.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. To return a product, contact Global Accounts @ Global Phalanx to receive a Return Product Authorization and return instructions.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. When returning a product for credit or replacement, you must provide both the original invoice number and the reason for return. Credit or replacement of goods is subject to inspection and evaluation.

Non-returnable items: Special orders, custom kits, sterile items, custom ordered products, incomplete kits, and items that are damaged or items determined by Global Phalanx to not be in re-saleable condition.

SHIPPING

Stock items usually ship within 48 hours after receipt of order. A longer lead time should be expected on high volume or custom items. Accounts @ Global Phalanx will work to coordinate expected ship dates at time of entry. We reserve the right to choose the best method of delivery to meet the customer’s requirement. All shipping costs and liability is the responsibility of the buyer / purchaser as soon as the products leave our warehouse (FOB origin) and will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Orders shipping to an APO or FPO will ship U.S. Mail per U.S. Postal requirements.

Global Phalanx does not assume responsibility for identifying the regulatory approvals necessary for items or components intended for international sales. When such approvals are required, it is the duty of the purchasing agent / buyer to secure all necessary waivers to ensure compliance. Additionally, Global Phalanx is not liable for covering any costs related to exporting, tariffs, insurance, customs, or wire transfer fees associated with international sales or orders.
